Upon order once you have purchased the door, we will email you to request your exact measurements and manufacturing information.

The lead time is 10 to 14 working days for manufacture from the date of confirmation and then roughly 1 week afterwards for delivery. Please be aware that although we work on 10 to 14 working days for manufacture, it is subject to change if stock or delivery issues arise, so we advise not to book any fitters in until you have the door.

We cannot/will not be held responsible for any delays or cancelled labour charges.

The door comes with an internal manual release, if you don’t have another entrance into thegarage, we advise you get an external manual release kit which you can add onto your order from our website shop. Why not add an extra transmitter to your order?

All doors have a unique identification number which can be found on both the invoice and on the UKCA Marking sticker. If a warranty issue was to arise the identification number will need to be advised to be able to be found in our data banks. From the identification number
Roller Door UK will be able to identify what and how much warranty is still outstanding.

Any warranty issues Roller Door UK may request videos/photos of the issue being advised. Upon investigation if the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing fault this will then be covered under the terms of the warranty and Roller Door UK will cover the replacement parts but not the labour.

Any faulty/warranty parts would require to be returned for inspection to Roller Door UK, if any parts are found not to be a warranty issue and are confirmed as misuse or installed incorrectly these items will be chargeable.
